1. Why should I advertise with Canep Media?	Canep Media will assign to you an account manager that will monitor your campaign from the day it begins until the day that it expires. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are reaching an audience that will respond to your campaign, and we will continuously optimize your campaigns to make optimum usage of your advertising dollars.
2. What sites will my campaigns run on?	Canep Media screens every single site in our network in order to ensure that your campaigns are only run on quality sites.
3. How does Canep Media prevent fraud?	Canep Media takes fraudulent activity very seriously. Although we do not release proprietary details for our own protection, we do have a strong preventative system that will not even recognize fraud as legitimate within our system (i.e. bots, etc). If we do discover that a publisher has committed fraudulent activity that was not caught by our system all advertising dollars spent on that publisher's sites would be credited back to the advertiser’s account.
4. How do I apply to advertise on the Canep Media Network?	You can fill out an application to advertise on the Canep Media Network here.
5. When will my campaign go online?	Your campaign will become active as soon as your account received credit approval. New advertisers may be asked to make an upfront deposit equivalent to a proportion of the total campaign budget, returning customers are billed on a NET 7 basis.
6. Can my campaign be modified after my order was placed?	Absolutely, you can change the parameters of your campaign at any time; significant changes may require you to sign off on an additional IO; however we do not place limitations on the modification of campaigns.

8. What kind of information is available in your statistic reports?	We offer advertisers the ability to monitor the performance of your campaigns in real time. You can see the amount of impressions that were served, the click through rate, the total cost, and much more.

10. What payment methods do you accept?	We currently accept payments via Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
11. I am located outside of the United States, can I still advertise on the Canep Media Network?	Absolutely, we allow advertisers from anywhere in the world.
12. Can I be a publisher with Canep Media as well as an advertiser?	Of course, being one does not restrict you from being the other as well, we even allow you to fund advertising campaigns with the earnings you generate as a publisher!
